Production experience is something I truly want to explore and develop further. I haven’t had many opportunities to observe large-scale shootings, but I’m now trying to learn more through my current role as a senior designer. I’ve been fortunate to support the art director throughout various stages of production — from pre-production planning and set preparation to on-site execution and post-production adaptation. Each project allows me to gain a better understanding of how creative direction is translated into real-world production,
This was the first project where I took full responsibility for managing a shoot, around three years ago when I still had very little experience. My management skills were immature, and I couldn’t handle the timeline properly. The project was extremely rushed — the entire shooting and editing process took less than five days. Although the final product didn’t meet my expectations, it taught me valuable lessons that helped me grow significantly afterward.
A few smaller experiences also came from assisting with in-house studio shoots for the company and working on personal projects. Though not large-scale, these moments have given me a closer look at the real workflow — from preparing props and setting up lighting to observing how direction and coordination happen on set.
